#3018 Director of Clinical Operations - in this opportunity with a local client, you will have the opportunity to report into the COO and oversee a clinical department of around 40 people. There will be 5-8 direct reports at the manager level. This person will be expected to be a strong mentor to the clinical team and will be well suited for the position if mentoring is something he/she really enjoys.

#3041 Clinical Trials Manager - this opportunity, with a local client, will report directly in the Director of Clinical Operations. You will have ownership of a Phase I/II program, and will begin with the identification of vendors and then following the program through the clinic, managing your vendor. Our client has very strong early stage work and a strong preclinical pipeline. It is a very stable environment and offers a family friendly culture.

#3043 Sr. Clinical Manager - this opportunity with one of our clients north of Boston will report into the Director of the department. He has been with the company for 10 years and actually developed the model for the company. This person will lead the clinical team and manager multiple programs.

#3045 Clinical Project Manager - this opportunity on the Boston/Cambridge area is a new opening due to growth in the company. This role reports into the Director of Clinical Operations and will be working on Phase I and II trials. The current clinical department consists of a Director, 2 CPMs, 3 CRAs, and a Documentation Specialist.
